No Commitment
We know you’ve worked hard to build a setup that works for you. With Baristi, you’re not tied to any specific system or commitment. We integrate with most POS & KDS systems. And, we require no commitment, no minimums and no subscriptions. Your cafe can try it out risk-free.
Integrations with POS systems
Everything already setup on Square? Great! Integration with Baristi is easy. All menu info, orders and inventory syncs directly with your POS system. Clover and Toast are next on the list...we aim to have those integrations this spring. And, we also provide a dedicated Vendor App, which lets your staff accept orders right on their phones or with a tablet at your coffee bar and can print order labels easily.
Boost Visibility and Orders
All independent cafes are invited to be listed on Baristi for customer discovery and ratings. However, only participating cafes who sign up can accept and fulfill order-ahead transactions. We anticipate an uptick in overall orders of 15% using this feature to bring more local coffee lovers straight to your door!
Marketplace Model -- Easy Tax Reporting
Baristi makes order facilitation hassle-free by acting as the marketplace for any orders we process. We handle all sales tax and tax reporting on your behalf, so you can focus on what you do best: serving great coffee.
No Fees, No Cost to Join
Baristi is free for cafes—no sign-up fees or ongoing costs. The first 100 coffees are commission-free. After 100 we ask you give us every 10th coffee fulfilled at no charge, similar to a loyalty program. After all, we are your best customer...
Processing better than Square
We apply a small credit card processing fee of 2.6% + 10¢/order, better than Square, Clover or Toast's 2.9% + 30¢ for online orders. That's it! Sales proceeds are paid twice montly. Additional payouts can be requested anytime via the app for a 50¢ fee.
